All orders will be made on a "first PAYMENT, first served basis".
Once order is confirmed and payment details has been emailed, items will be reserved for 24 hours, pending receipt of payment. After which, the items will be available for purchase by the next customer.
This might result in items being out of stock if payment is received after 24 hours.
In the event this occurs, customers would need to wait for new stock which will take 1-2 weeks to arrive.
Please state in the email if there are any problems with meeting the 24 hour timeline else it is understood that payment has to be made within this timeline.
Your understanding is greatly appreciated since this is to ensure faireness to all customers as items have been held for customers who subsequently do not respond. This has greatly inconvenienced other genuine customers.
Shipping
Your order will be mailed the next working day (Mon to Fri) via normal local postage after payment is received.
Payment and mailing address has to be received by 8pm for items to be posted out the next working day.
All items will be checked for any defects/damage before posting except in cases of manufacturer-sealed items.
All responsibility ends when items have been posted.
No responsibility held for damage/lost of items whilst in post. No refunds/exchanges will be made.

For next day or urgent delivery, the following options are available:
1. For small items, A.M Mail Letterbox service guarantees delivery by 11am the next working day. This will be delivered to your letterbox and no signature is required. This is charged at an additional $2.90
2. For bulky or multiple items, Smartpac is a parcel (box) service where Singpost delivers 90% of the mail within 2-3 working days. This will be delivered to your doorstep and in the event there is no one at home, this will be dropped into your letterbox and no signature is required. This is charged at an additional $4.70
Do note that next working day as defined by Singpost is the day AFTER posting. Sat is no longer considered a working day by Singpost so for items posted on Fri, next working day will be Mon.
All goods sold are non-refundable/exchangeable.
No cancellation or change of order is allowed after payment is received.
Do note that items are UK import sets and are brand new and manufacturer-sealed. If there are any concerns regarding warranty/replacements, please enquire before purchase.
